Norman is a well-rounded creative who can produce work that’s exciting and compelling as well as understand the need for brand-fit and strategic creative solutions. He has worked at some of the world's leading agencies, which include Ogilvy, TBWA and Isobar.

Though his interest is still in technology and all things digital, he’s currently passionate about the art of filmmaking and food photography.

Experience

  • Started Forte1 to work with various clients to create and oversee different projects. These include web builds, food photography as well as videography.

  • Known in the industry as one of the leading B2B agencies providing creative solutions. Accounts that I have handled here include Intel, Mastercard and The Economist.

  • A freelance opportunity to work with some of the leading practitioners of UX and UI field. I was tasked to revamp provide UI direction for the SGX website.

  • In a space of 3 months, I’ve worked with the account team to produce work for Ambipur’s regional and social campaigns.

  • I was hired to handle the day to day accounts as well as a pitch for Paypal and Tubulars Straw.

  • GKIM was set up by Graham Kelly, a talented and respected Creative Director based in Singapore. We have build interesting digital projects which include an interactive dressing mirror, games on mobile devices and progressive designed websites.

  • Band was a local B2B creative agency which produces work for Cisco, HP and Tiger Beer. I was hired to handle all the digital work since most of the creatives there were print based.

  • It was an exciting opportunity and experience to work in Beijing. The city and work were demanding and challenging. My main account was Pringles and Ponds. I had to leave earlier than planned because of family matters.

  • The disruption agency as it’s known in the industry. My main account here was SIA, which is one of the most challenging yet fulfilling account to work on.

  • A closely knit agency that feels like family. Produced work for Disney and Mercedes Benz

  • A boutique agency that I was hired to enhance the agency’s digital capabilities. Clients include Tangs, IKEA and Fish & Co.

  • At Ogilvy, I worked with some of the best creative talents in the industry. A couple of websites and banners won local and international awards. Clients include AMEX, Volvo and Nokia.

  • Duties includes execution and planning of graphics; from concept right up to delivery. I learned HTML and Flash Actionscripting along the way. Media Arts produced CD-ROMs when I joined. Soon after that, we started to produce web based projects.
